Verification of position of the valve system of the pressure transducer and differential pressure transducer

1. After the corrector is installed, check the impermeability of connections:

1) Check that the gas pressure in the pipeline does not exceed the upper limit of the measuring range of the pressure transducer.

2) Close valve "1" and open valve "2" on the valve block.

3) Start the gas meter in accordance with the operating instructions.

4) Soak the system under pressure for 5 minutes, apply soap solution to all joints. There should be no gas bubbles in the joints.

2. Connect the flowrate transducer harness to the corresponding meter connector.

3. Program the corrector in accordance with the operating conditions.

4. Check the change and reality of the readings by measured and calculated parameters.

5. Check the change and the reality of the differential pressure readings on the unit's display.

ATTENTION! The operation of corrector for measurement of pressure and differential pressure with parameters that exceed the upper limit of the range of pressure and differential pressure measurement is prohibited. This will cause the instrument to lose its metrological characteristics.
